If you need to know how to Create, Move and Clone questions to customize your audits to suit your personal business needs.

Step 1: Log in to the admin portal: https://admin.goaudits.com/ on a Desktop. Under ‘Setup’, select ‘Form Builder’.

Create a New Question

Navigate to the checklist you would like to add new questions, then scroll down to the section where you would like the new question to be displayed in the audit.

Once you have decided where the question should be placed, select the Add Question option.

Now you can type in the questions and add the answers and the score by dragging and dropping these from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

Moving Questions

You can move the questions to different areas of the audit by simply dragging and dropping the question to the area where you would like it to be placed.

Cloning Questions

To speed up the process of adding new questions, you can clone questions. Cloning will duplicate the questions including answer pattern and score.

From a mobile device, click on 'Import Settings' to re-import the latest changes made in the Admin Portal.
