When is this helpful?

In the case that a user forgets their password or wishes to change it for other purposes.


To change a user's password, log in to the GoAudits Portal on a desktop.

Step 1: Go to the admin portal: https://admin.goaudits.com/. Under ‘Setup’, select ‘Users’ from the left menu bar, this area displays all the Users you have configured.

Step 2: You can either search by Users name or click on the 3 dots next to the person's name who requires a password change:

Step 3: Select Change Password, this will present you with a pop-up where you can enter a new password. Once you have decided on a new password click Save and your new password will be updated.
