When is this helpful?
Actions Plans are set up as part of the audit process to assign any findings to an individual from your team or an external team to perform an action.
What is an Action Plan?
An action plan is a document that lays out the tasks you need to complete in order to accomplish your goal. It also breaks up the process into actionable assignments based on a timeline.
This section helps you view the statuses of all actions across all audits.
Generating action plans
Step 1: Log in to the admin portal: https://admin.goaudits.com/ on a Desktop. Under 'Setup', Click on 'Action Plan'.

Step 2: Use the Advanced Search feature on the left to look up specific action plans. The generated information will display on the right of the screen.

The top area shows you the statuses of action plans — Open, Submitted, Overdue, and Closed. You can click each one of these to check them out in detail.

Exporting action plans
Click the dropbox next to 'Export', select either PDF or an Excel file, then click Export. You can export any of the open, closed, submitted, or overdue action plans.

You can also download a specific action plan into a PDF file by clicking on the 'Download' button on the right of the action plan.
Taking action
Under the 'Take Action' column for any action plan, click the 'Action' button. It opens a box where you can:
View details
Re-assign the action plan to a different person and enter comments
Extend the due date and enter comments
Enter your response
Add images
Change the status to 'Open', 'Closed', or 'Rejected'
