The GoAudits C-store mobile app can be used on any iOS and Android device.

You can download the app to your device directly from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using your mobile devices.

Once you have installed the GoAudits app on your device, please click on the GoAudit Icon to open the app and follow the steps below:

First steps to take: Login and Import Data

Once your account has been created and you have installed your app you are ready to login in. To log in enter your email address and your password and tap on login:

Import Data

Once you have done so, you will be re-directed to the app homepage, this is where you will find the company you have just set up. Tap Import All or on one specific company, this will download all your data from your account into your app including your checklists and company details:

How to start, perform and complete an audit or inspection

Now you are ready to begin your audits by tapping on the icon of the audit. You will be re-directed to another page where you will be asked to state your location, date, and the auditor's name. Once you are ready you can tap Start:

Live Chat: You will find an icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen (as shown above). Throughout your journey, should you come across any challenges, tap on the icon which will display our live help chat. You will be able to reach our support team 24/7.

Once you have started the audit you will notice the name of the audit you have just started, the section of the audit, the category search feature which allows you to move between categories of the checklist during an inspection, as well as a list of questions with all relevant answers to each question.

Also, on the right-hand side of the screen, you will notice a few icons; the picture icon allows you to attach pictures to the questions, and the comments icon allows you to add extra comments to the questions, in case you wish to expand your findings:

As you proceed on answering the questions of the audit you will find that each button from the options of answers has a different colour to correspond to the response: green for positive, red for negative, and amber for neutral.

Conditional Questions

You will find that some of the questions are conditional, depending on your answer to that particular question you will be displayed with an extra set of questions.

As you will see below, in the question if you select No you will trigger an extra 3 questions which you will need to answer, and if you select Yes there is no requirement to answer extra questions and therefore it will hide the questions up to Question 8:

In the case that Yes is my chosen answer to Question 4, the conditional questions will remain hidden at the end, when the report has been generated to a PDF file.

Annotations on photos

If you wish to attach a picture to one of your questions, this is easy, tap on the Picture icon on the right, you will have the option to Choose from gallery or Take from camera. For example, if you select the Choose from gallery, your gallery will open, from there you can choose the picture you want to attach by selecting it. It will then automatically appear at the bottom of your question. To view the picture more clearly tap on it, the picture will pop up along with the option for you to make annotations to it. If you wish to do so, you can see below:

If you wish to attach a comment to one of your questions, this is also easy. Tap on the Comment icon on the right, type in the information you wish to add to the question, and click Save. Your comment will now appear at the bottom of the question:

Once you have answered all the questions and you are ready to move on tap Next at the bottom right corner of the screen. You will then be re-directed to the final step to completing your audit. You have the option to add any extra comments of the overall audit if needed, otherwise, sign the document and tap Next:

Once you have done so you will be taken on to the last page of the audit. Here you will be exposed to various features; the Open circle at the top shows you how many questions were left unanswered, in case you missed any you can tap on the circle and it will take you to those questions so you can answer them. You will also have the option to view the report, mark as completed, and email it to the distribution list.

View Report

Once the report has been downloaded it will pop up on your screen in the form of a PDF: This will allow you to view the report in detail before it is marked as completed.

You can scroll down to the pages of the PDF file to see the answers to all your questions, as well the report style allows you to see the results of other reports previously completed, that way you can see the pattern to all the questions.

For example, if there are continuous failures on any of the questions and for each previous answer you will notice there is a date so you can identify when each answer has been taken:

Also, at the bottom of the page, you will find a guide for the score of the overall score. If it's between 0% and 69.9% it means improvement will be needed, if it's between 70% and 89.9% it will be marked as good and if it's between 90% and 100% it will be marked as excellent:

On the top of the pages you will notice it displays the name of the company, the logo of the company, and the name of the audit you have just completed:

Scrolling down to the questions which you have attached a picture, you will find that the picture is present within the answer along with the annotations made:

Lastly, scrolling all the way down you can see the signature as well:

Quick Note: At this stage, you can still make changes to the report by closing the PDF and going back from the mobile app or to the Questionnaire from the web app.

Once you are done making changes, you will be re-directed back to the Preview page, only now with the modifications made.

Mark as Completed

Once you are satisfied with your report click Mark as Completed, this will close the PDF. Therefore, you will not be able to go back and make any other changes.

Also, by tapping Mark as Completed it will generate an email that will be sent to you and your email distribution list mailbox with the PDF report as an attachment.
