Once you have completed an audit, you may set up customized email templates to distribute the reports to different people, different areas of the company, and you may send the reports to external companies.

Step 1: Log in to the admin portal: https://admin.goaudits.com/ on a Desktop. Under ‘Setup’, select ‘Email Template, you will be presented with the screen below:

From this page you can:

-Add/Edit the email address you want to send the report to

-Add/Edit the email address you want to cc the reports to

-Edit the email Subject field

-Edit the email message body

Note: The following codes can be used here:

TO & CC - %location_email_list% - this code can be added on the TO or CC and will copy and distribute set on location level

Example:- ryan@goaudits.com,tom@goaudits.com,%location_email_list%

Subject - include plus icons or %location%,%locationcode%,%score% and %auditdate% parameters in Subject to get location, location code, score and audit date in email subject line.
Example:- Safety audit approved for London - 100%.

Message - Please include %executivesummary% and %auditorname% parameters in Message to get an executive summary and auditor name in the email body.

From a mobile device, click on 'Import Settings' to re-import the latest changes made in the Admin Portal.
