When is this helpful?
If you wish to change the report style or if you wish to change the pass/fail percentage range, you will have to regenerate the previous reports to comply with the new changes. For instance, regenerating a report will present you with a report that is formatted in the new report style.
Step 1: Log in to the admin portal: https://admin.goaudits.com/ on a Desktop. Under Setup, click on Report Styles.
Step 2: Select a Company from dropbox, then click on the pencil icon on the report you would like to change to a different report style.
Step 3: Select the new report style from the choices displayed under templates, then click Save.
Step 4: Click on Manage Reports. Find the checklist you have made the changes to and select the 3 dots next to it then select Regenerate Report:
This will display a pop-up asking you to confirm your action select, Yes to regenerate the report as shown below:
Once you have selected Yes a pop-up will appear informing you that your new report is being downloaded in a PDF format.
