When you want to enable the mandatory field to require a photo, a comment, or both for a specific question on the checklist/audit form.
The mandatory feature requires you to add a comment or a photo under the specific question you desire within the audit. It will not allow you to move on or complete the audit unless you insert a comment or add a photo, depending on your preferred option.
Step 1: Log in to the admin portal: https://admin.goaudits.com/ on a Desktop.
Step 2: Select Form Builder under Setup in the Menu bar
Step 3: Choose the question you want to enable the mandatory field to display the response options.
Step 4: Select the response you would like to enable the mandatory field to and choose between the comment, photo or both
Step 5: Click Save
From a mobile device, click on 'Import Settings' to re-import the latest changes made in the Admin Portal.
