When is this helpful?
When you need to create a form/checklist using your own questions and response type.
Step 1: Log in to the admin portal: https://admin.goaudits.com/ on a Desktop. Under ‘Setup’, select ‘Forms/Checklist, from the left menu bar.

Step 2: Click on Create New
Step 3: Select Start From Scratch
Step 3: Select the company you want the new checklist to go under and name the template for the checklist.
Step 4: Choose a title for the Section and a title for the Group
Step 5: Start creating your questions and choose the response type by dragging and dropping your choice from the left-hand side
Step 6: Customize your answers and scoring on the right-hand side
Step 7: Once you are satisfied with your results click Save
*Below is a screenshot of the end result of a configured checklist.
Step 8: To view the newly created Form/Checklist you must Import the Data into the app from a mobile device.
