A Conditional question is one that is not automatically asked: an option to trigger a question or a set of questions based on a reply to the main question.

An example of a conditional question

Is the Covid-19 Guidance posted? If answered, yes a secondary question will populate.

Conditional question: Is it posted in all public areas?

Step 1: Log in to the admin portal: on a Desktop. Under ‘Setup’, select 'Form Builder'.

Step 2: Choose the question you want to add a conditional question to and select the 3 dots beside it

Step 3: Select Conditional Question and then create the conditional question

Step 4: Drag and drop the response style you prefer for the conditional question

Step 5: Choose which response you want to trigger the conditional question

Step 6: Once completed, click Save

From a mobile device click on 'Import Settings' to re-import the latest changes made in the Admin Portal.
