When you need to create a questionnaire using a blank template, customize answers and scores.
How to Create a Questionnaire/Checklist/Audit Form?
Step 1: Log in to the admin portal: https://admin.goaudits.com/ on a Desktop. Select Get Started from the menu bar on the left-hand side
Start from Scratch
Step 2: Select Start From Scratch
Step 3: Choose the company you want the new checklist to go under and choose a name for the checklist
Step 4: Choose a title for the Section and a title for the Sub-Section
Step 5: Start creating your questions and choose the response type by dragging and dropping your choice from the left-hand side
Step 6: Customize your answers and scoring on the right-hand side
Step 7: Once completed, click Save
*Below is a screenshot of the end result of a configured checklist.
Step 8: To view the newly created Form/Checklist you must Import the Data into the app from a mobile device.
