When you need to update the information of a certain location due to a change in address, location code, or email addresses of auditors, etc.

How to edit the location?

Step 1: Log in to the admin portal: on a Desktop. Under ‘Setup’, select ‘Locations’.

This area displays all the locations that have been added to the portal.

Step 2: Under ‘Locations’, you will find all the locations that were added in the past.

Click on the 3 dots on the right of the location you wish to edit and then select ‘Edit’.

Step 3: You will be redirected to another screen where you can change the following information of your location:

  • Location Name

  • Location Code

  • Address

  • Zipcode/ Postcode

  • Time Zone

  • Email address (‘To Email’ and ‘Cc Email’)

  • Action plan assignee

  • Tags

Note: We suggest you click on the image (on desktop) or zoom in using two fingers (on mobile) to magnify it.

You can also add assignee details for the location by clicking on 'Action Plan Assignee'.

Who is an Action plan assignee?

An action plan assignee account is created using a person's name and email address to assign action plans for execution and create ownership.

Step 4: Once you are satisfied with the changes made to the location, click ‘Save’.
