When is this helpful?

This section helps you manage the locations you've created in your admin portal. You can view locations details, perform actions on a location, find a specific location, or delete/archive a location.

Click 'Locations' under 'Setup' to go to the Locations section.

Viewing location details

You can view all the locations you created with columns name 'Location', 'Company/Dept', 'Full Address', 'Tags', and 'Action'.

Location: Location name

Company/Dept: Company/Dept name

Full address: Address of the Company/Dept

Tags: All the tags associated with the location

Action: Actions that can be performed on the location

Actions that can be performed on a location

To perform actions on a specific location, click the 3 dots on the extreme right. You can perform the following actions on a specific location:

  • Edit: Edits the location details

  • Delete/Archive: Deletes/archives the location

Finding a location

You can use the search bar at the top to find a specific location in your list.

Deleting/Archiving a location

Under 'Action', click on the 3 dots and select 'Delete/Archive'.

You'll see a message on the screen that says the location has been archived. It will move to the 'Deleted/Archived' section.

To restore, click the 3 dots on the location and select 'Restore'. It will move back into the 'Locations' section.
