Step 1: Log in to the admin portal: on a Desktop. Manage Reports will display the status of the reports.

For a Completed audit, click the 3 dots and then select "Edit".

Step 2: A window appears where you can edit audit details.

Click the 'Status' dropdown and then select either "In-progress" or "Rejected".

Then, click 'Save'.

Note: If you want to reopen this audit to make any edits, click the 'Reopen and Edit' button on the bottom right.
