When is this helpful?
The Broadcast feature allows you to send a message to multiple users. Users may send different types of notifications. i.e, if on a certain day the inspector needs to pay attention to specific criteria or have a special requirement, the management can send a message as a reminder.
Step 1: Log in to the admin portal: https://admin.goaudits.com/ on a Desktop. Click on "Broadcast", from the menu on the left.
This screen will display the "Header Message" that has been created.
How to create a new broadcast message
Step 2: Click on the "Create" button
Step 3: Select a Company, Select a User, Enter your Header and Enter your Message, then click "Review". By clicking review, you can view the message before you publish it for others to see.
Once you click "Review", the broadcast you created will be displayed for you to view, as shown below.

Step 4: Click Publish, if you are satisfied with your message.
Where the broadcast message appears
The message created will appear when you log in before you can begin a new inspection.
Below is a screenshot of how the message will appear when you open your mobile device.
From a mobile device, click on 'Import Settings' to re-import the latest changes made in the Admin Portal.
