How to add or change scoring to a question(s) in form builder

When is this helpful?

This is helpful when you would like to apply the scoring feature on a checklist to one or more questions.

Step 1: Log in to the admin portal: https://admin.goaudits.com/ on a Desktop. Under "Setup", select Form Builder.

Step 2: Select the Location and checklist to add scoring to a question(s).

Step 3: Double click on the question to add or modify scoring. On the right of the screen you can modify the scoring using the up/down arrows, see below.

Step 4: Click Save.
